Delete Your KaeMe Account
We're sorry to see you go. Before you delete your account, please review the information below to understand what happens when your account is deleted.
You can also delete your account directly in the app: Go to Settings > Account > Delete Account
What Will Be Deleted
When you delete your KaeMe account, the following data will be permanently removed:
- remove_circleYour account information (email address, display name, profile picture)
- remove_circleAll tasks, including titles, descriptions, due dates, and categories
- remove_circleFocus3 daily priority selections and history
- remove_circleRecurring task patterns and schedules
- remove_circleTask completion history and productivity statistics
- remove_circleContact birthday reminders (if enabled)
- remove_circleApp settings and preferences
- remove_circleCloud backup data
This action cannot be undone.
Data Retention Information
- infoYour data will be permanently deleted from our servers within 30 days of your deletion request
- infoAnonymized, aggregated analytics data that cannot be linked to your identity may be retained for service improvement purposes
- infoData stored locally on your device must be removed by uninstalling the app
- warningIf you have an active premium subscription, please cancel it before deleting your account to avoid future charges
What We Don't Store
The following data is NOT stored on our servers and requires no deletion:
- check_circleVoice recordings (processed locally on your device only)
- check_circlePayment card details (handled securely by our payment processor)
Request Account Deletion
To delete your account, please enter the email address associated with your KaeMe account and confirm your request. For security purposes, we require identity verification before processing deletion requests.
